COPYRIGHT POLICY
Fitizen India LLP ("Fitizen India," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims and the actions we take in response to such claims.
1. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Fitizen India website (the "Platform"), please notify us by sending a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
- If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Event conception and launch: We collaborate closely with you to conceptualise and design the marathon event, considering your goals and objectives into perspective. Our experience and knowledge of the sector contribute to the creation of a memorable and enduring event.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, in any judicial district in which Fitizen India may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
- Please send the counter-notification to the designated Copyright Agent mentioned above.
3. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT REMOVAL
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notification, Fitizen India will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material.
4. REPEAT INFRINGEMENTS
Fitizen India reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
5. MODIFICATIONS
Fitizen India may modify or update this Copyright Policy from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
